About Us
Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations stands as the premier authority in the insurance investigation field, boasting over 35 years of expertise and a loyal client base.
We are expanding our dedicated and skilled Surveillance Team in Victoria. We have openings for both aspiring Surveillance Investigators eager to learn and seasoned professionals with a focus on Surveillance.
Your Role
Are you a Licensed Surveillance Investigator in Victoria? Do you possess a keen interest in Surveillance, or believe you have the potential to excel in this role within the Insurance sector?
Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of investigative activities, including:
- Executing covert surveillance operations
- Recording video evidence
- Documenting field observations
- Uploading footage to our user-friendly case management platform
You will undergo formal training in covert surveillance methodologies, enhance your observational skills, and learn the proper techniques for documenting findings. You will receive mentorship from experienced Surveillance Investigators, with continuous support from the Allied Universal Case Management team.
What Makes You Stand Out?
To thrive in this position, you will need:
- A valid investigator license in Victoria – or a pending application
- A current driver's license
- A clear criminal background check
- Proficiency in operating video and computer equipment
- Basic computer skills – including Word, Email, Internet, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute
- A reliable vehicle
- Willingness to work some weekends
