Job Title: Operations Manager

Drip IV Australia's IV hydration therapy services are expanding rapidly in the healthcare industry.

We seek an experienced operations expert to oversee and drive growth across our Gold Coast, AU operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement operational strategies to ensure seamless business execution.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, customer service, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals and foster a positive work culture.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to standardize and optimize all aspects of the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
