Job Title: Maintenance Engineering Analyst

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals to fill the role of Maintenance Engineering Analyst in Maritime Australia. This is a permanent full-time position, with opportunities for flexible work arrangements including a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting investigations and studies to determine operating, maintenance, engineering, training and support requirements. They will also perform Integrated Logistics/Product Support (ILS/IPS)/Maintenance Engineering Analyst activities, undertaking ILS/IPS/Maintenance engineering analysis activities including FMECA, RCM analysis, Task analysis and LORA.

The Maintenance Engineering Analyst will work closely with customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective operation and sustainment of equipment and systems. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your analytical skills and provide sound advice and analysis to optimise equipment/system supportability and life cycle costs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting investigations and studies to determine operating, maintenance, engineering, training and support requirements.
  • Performing ILS/IPS/Maintenance engineering analysis activities including FMECA, RCM analysis, Task analysis and LORA.
  • Working closely with customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective operation and sustainment of equipment and systems.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Integrated Logistics/Product Support (ILS/IPS) experience or Supportability/Maintenance engineering analysis experience.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking skills, flexible and driven to improve current processes and solve problems.
