Maintenance and Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled reliability professional to join our team as a Maintenance and Engineering Specialist.
- This key role will be responsible for identifying opportunities for factory improvements, reducing downtime, and implementing process improvements using robotics and digital scheduling systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or mechatronics, with formal qualifications in reliability maintenance. They should also possess excellent technical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and adapt to different situations.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our manufacturing maintenance and engineering team to achieve common goals. They will be expected to communicate effectively with colleagues and provide guidance and support as needed.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or mechatronic/mecahnical with formal qualifications in reliability maintenance
- Minimum 5 years' experience working within manufacturing or a sector with robotics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle intricate processes and prioritize tasks effectively
