About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Team Leader to join our team. As an Outbound Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff to ensure that our outbound operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including WHS policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
