We are seeking an experienced Splunk professional to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and stakeholder engagement skills, working closely with staff and customers to deliver actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain Splunk dashboards that meet business needs and provide valuable data insights.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Provide administration and support for the Splunk platform, including data ingestion, forwarders, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with service providers and the Splunk vendor to ensure successful implementation and maintenance.
  • Ensure dashboards remain reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with project objectives.

Necessary Skills:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering Splunk solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills — ability to work effectively with business users and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Splunk administration tasks (data ingestion, forwarders, platform updates).
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify risks, and maintain data integrity.
  • Familiarity with professional services environments and large program initiatives.
