International Student Recruitment Manager

Curtin University is seeking an experienced and innovative professional to lead its international student recruitment efforts across South Asia.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for market development and expansion of international student recruitment in designated regions. They will promote all Curtin courses, campuses, articulation agreements, and evaluate all recruitment activities in designated regions, providing accurate, relevant, and up-to-date information.
Essential Responsibilities- Develop strategic plans to increase international student enrollment and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with regional teams to establish effective recruitment strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, partners, and universities.
- Monitor and report on the service delivery of Curtin's international agents in their region, adhering to relevant contracts and established KPIs.
- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate study, combined with extensive relevant experience, OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
- A strong understanding of the international student recruitment sector, including legislative requirements, industry structures, market dynamics, and current trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
