About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Recruitment Partner to join our team at Community Solutions Group. As a key member of our Disability Employment Services (DES) team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities, illnesses, or injuries to achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with local employers to identify new and ongoing employment opportunities that align with our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, employers, and community organizations to understand their capacity to work, employment preferences, and required support.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and employers to review progress, address any issues, and provide ongoing support.
  • Assist customers in becoming job-ready through tailored pathways and support services.
  • Collaborate with local community services to address barriers to employment and gather documentary evidence to meet participant and department outcomes.
