Painting and Decorating Apprenticeship Opportunity

This apprenticeship provides a rewarding career path for individuals who are passionate about painting and decorating.

As an apprentice, you will master the art of painting homes, developing skills in surface preparation, paint application, and ladder safety. You will engage in diverse projects, including new home constructions, renovations, and commercial ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces, remove old paint, smooth and seal surfaces.
  • Mix and prepare paint, apply painting techniques, use ladders and scaffolding equipment.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, perform calculations.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate interest and commitment to the construction industry.
  • Possess a White Card or be able to obtain one promptly.
  • Hold a current driver's license and own reliable transportation.
  • A Certificate I or II in Construction is advantageous; prior construction industry experience is preferred.
  • Be physically fit, self-disciplined, detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
