Your key responsibilities will include:

* Ensuring quality care planning and budget management for all clients
* Working effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services that meet client changing needs
* Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Sound computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products
* Willingness to apply for a Police Check
