Construction Project Manager

We are a manufacturing company specializing in the design and building of Sheds, Steel Framing, and Roofing for the building industry.
Job Title: Construction ManagerWe are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team at McHugh Steel Pty Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Build quality projects in accordance with plans, specifications, and company construction policies and procedures within contracted timeframes.
- Day-to-day scheduling, management, and coordination of trades on site, suppliers & deliveries, completion of paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
- Manage clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Maintain site safety and cleanliness.
- Ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
- Enforce and adhere to quality and safety regulations.
- Attend weekly construction meetings.
- QBCC Building Supervisors licence held for minimum 12 months.
- Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card).
- Trade/Construction background.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams of sub-contractors.
- Ability to ensure that jobs are scheduled effectively and are managed within budget and time specifications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Confidence and ability in dealing with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, including oral and written communication.
- A passion to produce a high quality of work.
