We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Site Management: Manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, coordination of trades, suppliers, and deliveries, as well as completion of administrative tasks.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate teams of sub-contractors, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- QBCC Building Supervisors Licence: Hold a valid QBCC Building Supervisors Licence for a minimum of 12 months.
- Construction Induction Safety Certificate: Possess a current Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card).
- Trade/Construction Background: Have a strong trade or construction background, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
