We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and leading a team of Room Attendants.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and train a team of Room Attendants
- Inspect guest rooms and suites, and resort public areas to ensure all are cleaned to our high standard
- Ensure efficient use of linen and conduct regular stocktakes
- Liaise with Front Office and Maintenance on status of all rooms and any special guest requirements
- Assist with the training, leading and rostering of housekeeping teams
- Assist with cleaning of rooms and public areas when required
- Hold a valid QLD driver licence
- Must have minimum 6-12 month experience in a similar role in a 4 star hotel
- Luxury housekeeping experience highly regarded
- An excellent eye for detail
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service and leadership
