Job Title: Senior Software Development Leader

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Leader to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the design and development of technical solutions in .NET, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop features end-to-end in .NET, writing clean, maintainable code.
  • Set the standard for design and delivery, guiding a small team of engineers.
  • Mentor and grow engineers through pairing and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Customer teams to deliver practical solutions.
  • Break down complex problems, get features out the door, and refine as we go.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering with strong .NET and SQL skills.
  • A track record of delivering features in a SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on coding skills with both legacy and modern stacks.
  • Ability to design solutions and then roll up your sleeves to build them.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
  • Someone who leads through doing, with a bias for action.
