Job Title

Provide administrative support to Case Managers in a Specialised Insurance business.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home for up to 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the administration of workers compensation claims, ensuring compliance and efficient management.
  • Administer and process claims, sort mail and file as requested.
  • Organise medical appointments, investigations, police reports and interpreter services.
  • Manage basic phone enquiries such as unpaid accounts and changing medical appointments.
  • Ensure invoices and payments comply with GST/ITC guidelines.
  • Process invoices and third-party or worker reimbursements.
About This Role
  • Previous experience in administration and office support or extensive customer service experience required.
  • Competent use of MS Word and Excel necessary.
  • High level of typing accuracy expected.
  • Able to take direction and willingness to learn essential.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Time management and organisational skills necessary.
