- Consultative Role: Collaborate with management and care staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Clinical Decision Making: Make informed decisions regarding resident care, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
- Resident Comfort Focus: Implement strategies to promote resident comfort and well-being.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in residential care.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a range of night shifts across 7 days, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of dementia care and experience working with people living with dementia.
- Passion for Care: A genuine passion for serving elderly people and a commitment to making a positive impact on their lives.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative and computer skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
