Nurse Specialist

As a key member of our residential team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. With a strong focus on relationship-focused care, you will work closely with the management team and carers to provide tailored and individualized care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical oversight and professional competence as a registered nurse
- Advising and supporting the care delivery by the care staff
- Consultative in case management and clinical decision making
- Educating and mentoring in clinical areas and processes
- Implement and support a resident comfort focus
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a registered nurse, working alone and in a team. You will also need to be flexible and able to commit to a range of night shifts across 7 days.
You will have knowledge and experience of people living with dementia and their needs, as well as a genuine passion for serving elderly people and making a difference in their lives. Strong administrative and computer skills are also essential.
