About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, enhancing their independence and overall quality of life.
  • Engage with clients on a one-to-one basis, providing emotional support and companionship during scheduled visits.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
  • Support clients in accordance with individualized care plans, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Accompany clients on outings and engage in social activities, helping them stay connected with their community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop meaningful relationships with clients, providing empathetic and non-judgmental support.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting their dignity and self-esteem.
  • Prepare meals and assist with household chores, ensuring clients' needs are met.
  • Transport clients to appointments and engagements, facilitating their participation in community activities.
Requirements
  • Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification - Essential.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential.
  • Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle for work - Essential.
