Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of grounds maintenance personnel and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement new procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of grounds maintenance personnel in completing daily tasks and projects
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Develop and implement new procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with management team to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and experience in horticulture, parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping
  • Experience in operation of a range of mowers, and small plant equipment
  • A clear commitment and understanding of Quality and Health, Safety and Environment systems
  • A Current Drivers licence
