Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Practice Lead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our tax and payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of tax returns and payroll services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the daily operations of the tax and payroll team, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee preparation and lodgement of individual, partnership, company, and trust tax returns in compliance with ATO requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse client base, ensuring compliance with STP reporting, superannuation, PAYG withholding, and award obligations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex tax and payroll matters.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tax and payroll-related queries, building strong professional relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, improve workflow efficiencies, and support business growth initiatives.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless integration with internal processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in tax and payroll management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax and payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with a focus on delivering results.
