Salesforce Configuration Specialist

Take on a key role in configuring, maintaining and supporting multiple Salesforce orgs tailored to the unique needs of diverse health business units.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions, participating in code reviews, and documenting technical processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Develop custom Salesforce configurations, participate in peer reviews, and document process flows.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity, manage data migration strategies, and enforce robust access controls.
  • User Support: Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and escalate complex problems when needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and configure Salesforce to streamline operations.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Adhere to industry regulations (HIPAA, GDPR), follow internal change management procedures, and maintain clear documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer 1, Platform App Builder) preferred.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows.
  • Strong data management skills, including migration and cleansing.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in healthcare or aged/community care environments is beneficial.
