Production Team Member

About the RoleThis position involves assisting the production team with various tasks, including dispatch duties, receiving raw materials, preparing materials for the production line, operating machinery as required, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support all functions of the production line, including dispatch duties, pick/pack of orders, and loading orders onto trucks.
- Prepare raw materials for the production line as per the production schedule.
- Operate machinery on the production line as required by the production team.
- Pick and pack orders for dispatch as well as load orders onto trucks as directed by the delivery schedule and established procedures.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A valid Forklift licence (essential).
- A Front-end Loader ticket (highly regarded).
- Factory or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Be willing to obtain a Front-end Loader licence if you do not already hold one.
