About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Catering Attendant to join our team at dnata catering. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in preparing and delivering high-quality meals to our airline customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present meals to the highest standards, adhering to our visual guides and presentation specifications.
  • Stock and maintain airline carts with dry store items, ensuring all equipment, snacks, and beverages are readily available.
  • Load and unload wash lines, ensuring all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are in pristine condition.
  • Comply with food safety and HACCP guidelines, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift items as required.
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including shift work.
  • Neat and tidy presentation, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Desirable skills include knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP, as well as basic knife skills.
  • Successful applicants will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check.
  • Availability to work 38 hours per week, with opportunities for career development and progression.
