Sales Consultant - New Homes

This is an exciting opportunity to excel in the field of sales and build a successful career in the new home industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and showcase our range of new homes to clients.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and conveyancers.
  3. Expand existing business opportunities and improve brand recognition through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for clients.
  5. Meet and greet prospective customers at display homes, capturing leads and initiating relationships.
  6. Qualify potential clients to identify those aligned with our market offering.
  7. Be accountable for achieving sales targets and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  8. Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management system.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in sales, preferably within the property or real estate industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
  • A passion for helping clients find their perfect home, paired with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract signing.
  • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
