We provide 2-hour express, 4-hour, and same-day delivery options, as well as cost-saving advance orders and tailored services for different business needs. With a large fleet of drivers, we are a proudly Australian-owned and operated company.

Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Sales Consultant at The Courier App based in Adelaide, SA. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for customer communication, sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing consulting services, and offering exceptional customer service. Some work from home is acceptable in this role.

Qualifications

  • Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in the courier or delivery industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven ability to sell services to small businesses - is the preferred skill set
