Job Overview

The Engagement Manager oversees large and complex programs, ensuring delivery, customer satisfaction, profitability, and resources. This individual must meet customer expectations for all project-related deliveries, partnering with the delivery partner and the organization, while also tracking and monitoring program-related processes and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large and complex programs, owning delivery, customer satisfaction, profitability, and resources.
  • Meet customer expectations for all project-related deliveries, partnering with the delivery partner and the organization as required.
  • Deliver commitments, track, and monitor program-related processes and KPIs, ensuring 100% compliance to organizational activities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical members, serving as an escalation point for delivery issues.
  • Perform regular delivery risk reviews, supporting project teams with escalations and resolutions as needed.
  • Deliver to intended ROI/profitable outcome, ensuring customer satisfaction and relationship.
  • Resolve client impediments, ensuring SOW, Purchase Orders, Invoices, timesheets, etc., are submitted and processed on time.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, working with the program manager.
  • Drive proposals and RFP responses, working with different service lines and SMEs, and own delivery approaches along with financials.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, bringing innovation and best practices.
  • Have a technical development background.
  • Experience working with people of diverse cultures, cross-utilization, and cross-culture.

Requirements:

  • Manage the customer relationship at the project level.
  • Be the first point of project escalation for the customer.
  • Develop and manage Project Plans and Budgets, and resource management.
  • Provide weekly status reporting.
  • Plan budgets, scope, schedules, and milestones.
  • Analyze risks and implement change control.

Personal Attributes:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate excellent planning and strategic abilities.
  • Show organized and meticulous work habits.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic and adaptable mindset.
  • Work professionally and meet deadlines.
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Be able to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
