At Aidacare, we're seeking a skilled Service Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you'll be responsible for carrying out necessary maintenance, repair, and testing on power and manual wheelchairs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service by identifying correct parts required for repairs & upgrades.
- To set up new & trial equipment with therapists as required.
- Maintaining servicing equipment and the company vehicle in a good condition, ensuring inventory is adequate.
- Become an expert on our products, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings and using this knowledge to identify correct parts as required for repairs & upgrades.
- Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy.
