Join Our Team:

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving our business forward. You'll work closely with the Home Care State Manager and Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective growth strategies and engagement approaches.

Your primary responsibility will be to convert quality leads into long-term clients, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Engage with stakeholders and potential referrers to promote our services, build a strong customer pipeline, and identify growth opportunities within the home care sector.
  2. Collaborate with the State Team, Recruitment, and Rostering teams to ensure efficient service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Partner with the Recruitment and Rostering teams to enhance workforce capacity and ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.
  4. Support the onboarding process to ensure the recruitment of the right talent to meet customer service requirements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in business development, customer engagement, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building and maintenance.
  • Results-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the Home Care sector or a willingness to quickly adapt and learn.
