The Strata Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our strata team. This includes providing excellent customer service, responding to queries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and data entry support to the strata team.
- Assist Strata Managers with daily operations and portfolio management.
- Liaise with Owners Corporations and service providers as required.
- Read, interpret, and apply relevant strata legislation.
- Coordinate and arrange maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and documentation for meetings.
- Process invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support the coordination of strata-related works and projects.
About You:
- Experience in strata, property management, real estate, or strong administrative background.
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with technology and property management systems.
- Certificate of Registration (preferred but not essential).
