Perth Airport is Australia's Western Hub, connecting the people, businesses and communities of Western Australia with the rest of Australia and the world.

The airport operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the year, playing a significant role in providing economic, social and cultural benefits to West Australians.

A major infrastructure development project will support airline partners to grow, offering more services to new destinations and an improved customer experience.

Expansion plans include upgrading T1 International and building new domestic terminal facilities, a parallel runway, two multi-storey carparks and an airport hotel.

This will deliver one airport for the people of Western Australia, hosting all flight services in a central location, giving passengers a seamless, world-class travel experience.

The Perth Airport estate spans over 2100 hectares, with a $1.5 billion portfolio of existing industrial premises and significant vacant land holdings.

We serve a diverse community, playing an important role in strengthening cultural, family and social bonds while supporting business, tourism and leisure travel.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to integrate people strategies with broader organisational goals.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and coaching to executives and senior leadership.
  • Develop and drive implementation of business unit people plans.
  • Support organisational design and lead workforce restructure initiatives.
  • Implement talent management and succession planning practices.
  • Guide leaders through reward and performance management cycles.
  • Lead enterprise-wide HR projects focused on culture, engagement, and leadership.
  • Provide proactive guidance and support on a wide range of employee relations, performance and conduct matters (including conducting investigations).
  • Interpret and apply HR policies and industrial instruments, ensuring compliance and governance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years proven experience in a HR/People Partner role.
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, organisational psychology or related fields.
  • Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Experience and knowledge of employment legislation, policy interpretation, and industrial relations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in conducting investigations.
  • Deep experience and exposure to a broad range of case management matters.
