Job Summary

This role is responsible for the development of new and existing products to meet customer needs and requirements.

The Product Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and research and development, to ensure that product offerings are aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science or related field.">
  • Demonstrated experience in product development and management within the food industry.">
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in product development and application.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management and coordination skills.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.">
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards within the food industry.">
