Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Analyst to join our team in Melbourne. As a key contributor and leader, you will be responsible for work streams in transaction execution, marketing, and client coverage initiatives.

You will play a part in driving the culture, capabilities, and overall strategy of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in transactional execution including preparing pitches, reviewing financial analysis, and presenting internal and client presentations.
  • Lead the implementation of execution functions and support associates and senior bankers.
  • Develop analytical, modelling, research, and writing skills to become a senior officer over time.
  • Gain knowledge of global sectors and collaborate with colleagues across various platforms and product groups.
  • Be enthusiastic about your role and committed to its success.
  • Work with a team involved in transactions requiring travel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking/finance sectors with knowledge of products and services.
  • Well-rounded academic background from a top-tier educational institution.
  • Strong financial modelling skills.
  • General understanding of M&A and capital markets transaction cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, motivated, individual.
