Senior Director, Customer Service Excellence

We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our newly established Centre of Excellence.

This role is accountable for leading a department providing strategic oversight and direction for our contact centre, contracting, evaluation, continuous improvement, clinical governance, and resource planning.

The successful candidate will drive operational effectiveness, high performance, and exceptional customer experience.
