The Business Inclusion Specialist plays a critical role in implementing the Help Employer Strategy, aimed at enhancing employment outcomes for people with disability.
This position focuses on building strong relationships with local employers and supporting them to become confident, capable, and inclusive workplaces.
Your Key Responsibilities- Ensure each participant's individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the center of your focus.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPI targets: sustainable placements and high level of conversion.
- Build and manage an employer database to generate suitable job opportunities for IEA participants.
- Deliver tailored resources and advice to improve employer confidence in recruiting, supporting and retaining people with disability.
- Facilitate the creation of sustainable job opportunities through job creation and job carving.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to support participants with complex needs.
- Reverse Market to employers, to promote skills and strengths of participants.
- Advise staff of labour market fluctuations and industry/employer needs.
- Actively promote and support the Mission, Vision and Values by maintaining social, ethical and organisational standards and values, always honouring commitments and treating people with dignity, respect and fairness.
