AI Engineer

We are seeking an innovative AI engineer to collaborate with our scientists and software teams.

  • Achieve excellence in the design, training, fine-tuning, and evaluation of large language models (LLMs) and domain-specific models using structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Develop end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, transformation, vectorisation, and inference workflows.
  • Create secure backend services using Node.js and Python.
  • Design and implement GraphQL and REST APIs for AI-driven workflows.
  • Collaborate with the AI team to fine-tune, integrate, and deploy LLMs into real products.
  • Contribute to performance testing, benchmarking, and ongoing optimisation of deployed models.
  • Apply responsible AI practices, including bias detection, explainability, and monitoring in live environments.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum GPA of 6.0 or above.
  • Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
  • Experience working on ML-related university projects, personal builds, research, or hackathons.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
