  • Integration & Experience Design: Integrate Copilot agents into enterprise systems for a seamless, intuitive user experience.">
  • Adoption Strategy: Engage with Champions and Copiloter Networks to encourage uptake and overcome resistance.">
  • Training & Onboarding Support: Assist in the rollout of training materials and activities in line with change management plans.">
  • Compliance & Evaluation: Ensure solutions meet privacy, security, and ethical standards while supporting performance benchmarking and risk reporting.">
