Job Overview

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless warehouse and logistics operations, as well as managing the internal sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee all aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing deliveries, liaising with drivers and couriers to guarantee timely drop-offs.

Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring inventory integrity is also crucial for this role.

Additionally, the successful candidate will manage and support the internal sales team to deliver excellent customer service and order processing accuracy.

Effective collaboration between sales and warehouse functions is vital to streamline workflows.

Ensuring WHS compliance and promoting safe work practices at all times is non-negotiable.

The successful candidate will identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all warehouse operations
  • Oversee deliveries and liaison with drivers and courriers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, and/or operations management
  • Leadership skills with ability to manage both warehouse staff and sales teams
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Sound knowledge of inventory control, dispatch processes, and warehouse systems
  • A focus on customer service excellence and operational efficiency
