Our team seeks a Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality services and contribute to achieving client goals.
This role involves managing caseloads, providing timely therapeutic supports, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Manage a caseload and provide evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner
- Deliver speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the community
- Interpret findings and formulate treatment goals unique to each client
- Assess clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and promote independence
- Possess a degree qualification in Speech Pathology and current certified practising membership with a relevant professional association
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes
- Current drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
