Job Opportunity: Pest Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pest Control Technician or Trainee. As a pest control specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

The role offers a unique blend of technical and customer service skills, with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will be responsible for servicing jobs as scheduled, including routine commercial programs, general pest services for residential customers, termite control systems, and termite treatments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing of jobs as scheduled
  • Assisting with the implementation of new business pest control programs
  • Utilizing field software for all work, including reporting and invoicing
  • Business development and quotations
  • Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A good level of physical fitness and a high standard of personal presentation are also essential.
