Dental Office Coordinator
Job Description:
As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations throughout the clinic. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, kind, friendly, and professional. Responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors positively, scheduling appointments and managing the dental office calendar, answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional manner, verifying insurance coverage, and assisting patients and staff with billing questions. You will also maintain patient records and update electronic records, coordinate referrals to specialists as needed, and ensure the waiting area is clean and organized. Additionally, you will collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Managerial Specific Duties include overseeing the daily operations of the practice and front desk, handling patient complaints and conflict resolution, contributing to the planning and implementing of team/company events, onboarding and scheduling of team members to ensure a smooth process, creating and implementing office policies, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring team members are aware of them and executing them accurately.
