A typical day for a Terminal Operator involves performing safe shunting duties, marshalling locomotives and rail wagons in preparation for departure, and providing critical communications to incoming and outgoing services. You will also have the chance to learn from our experts and contribute to the success of our 24/7 rail operation.

To succeed in this role, you will be a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will need excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a willingness to adapt to changing situations. Previous experience in heavy industry, logistics or transport is advantageous but not essential.
