About the Role:

The IT Business Partner is a pivotal position that ensures seamless integration of Home Care business systems and technology. This presents an exciting opportunity to work within the Mercy Health Home Care team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders from shared services, internal IT departments, and Regional Managers to ensure Home Care system needs are met.
  • Providing advanced experience with Carelink+ or relevant Home Care Client Management software.
  • Developing exceptional ability to problem solve, communicate, and prioritise effectively.
  • Project managing and business partnering, with stakeholder management experience.

About You:

We are seeking someone with:

  • Advanced experience with Carelink+ or relevant Home Care Client Management software.
  • Intermediate SQL & Crystal reporting (or equivalent) capability.
  • Exceptional ability to problem solve, communicate, and prioritise effectively.
  • Business partnering and stakeholder management experience.
  • A current Victorian Driver's License.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or business systems and previous experience within a Community Care environment will be highly regarded.
