Data Scientist

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our Model Scale team, working closely with our Account Managers, Data Engineers, and Marketing Scientists to apply our latest modeling innovations to help customers make effective marketing investment decisions.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with our R&D and Product teams to surface model workflows and feature engineering pipeline improvements, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization to drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Perform exploratory data analysis to understand customer business, surface high-signal data, and identify opportunities for automating data quality assessments.
- Apply, diagnose, and configure our state-of-the-art model to solve customer problems, utilizing your proficiency in Python, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Develop expertise in new domains, understanding industry nuances and contextualizing model performance.
- Be a collaborative team member, working with stakeholders to improve processes and suggest model workflow and feature pipeline improvements.
- Prior experience in Data Science, Customer Data Science, or Data Analyst roles, preferably in startups or tech companies.
- Proficiency in Python, experience with libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and communicate deadlines.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Demonstrable experience with Time series data and models, Bayesian statistics/models, and Media Mixed Modelling (MMM).
- Experience engineering new features and building and optimizing model workflows using open-source modeling libraries.
- Understanding of machine learning principles and ability to apply them to real-world problems.
