Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our NSW Operations team on a permanent basis.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to deliver a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity, and performance. They will foster relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met.
The Site Superintendent will effectively manage and provide leadership to the onsite supervisors and trades team. They will assist with planning and scheduling the scope of work, ensuring it remains in line with the project budget.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing risk and changes in project requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
- Leading safety culture, initiatives, and performance throughout.
- Ensuring project compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Australian recognised trade certificate or cert 4 in relevant disciplines (highly regarded).
- Excellent working knowledge of trades and disciplines involved in project operations.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
What We Offer:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
- Relocation package for those willing to make the move to the Hunter Valley region.
- Tool of Trade included in contract.
