As a proactive and detail-focused administrative professional, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient processing of work orders, accurate scheduling of jobs, and up-to-date records. You will work closely with trades, contractors, and internal teams to support smooth day-to-day operations and deliver excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming maintenance requests and schedule jobs efficiently
  • Liaise with trades and contractors to confirm availability and job completion
  • Track progress of work orders and follow up on outstanding tasks
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal systems
  • Support internal stakeholders and assist with supplier coordination
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in processes and workflows
