Enterprise Computing Hybrid Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a specialist in enterprise computing hybrid technologies.

The Enterprise Computing Hybrid Cloud Specialist will be responsible for providing advice and support to the Enterprise Computing Delivery Lead, contributing to the Department's future enterprise computing approach, and leading subsequent approaches to market for these services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist advice and support to the Enterprise Computing Delivery Lead.
  • Contribute to the Department's future enterprise computing approach and lead subsequent approaches to market for these services.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical understanding of private and public cloud enterprise computing technologies.
  • Practical hands-on technical experience designing or implementing solutions that utilise public and private cloud enterprise computing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary development and service delivery frameworks and models.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as an enterprise computing engineer or solution architect working on private and/or public cloud enterprise computing technologies and services.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing solutions and services utilising hyper-scale public cloud provider's technologies and services.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
