
Head of Brand Management

This role is accountable for shaping and executing the marketing vision, bringing our purpose to customers in meaningful ways. It requires a leader who deeply understands the customer and can translate insight into powerful brand storytelling and connections across every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate will develop and own the brand strategy, aligning with business objectives while elevating customer relevance and competitive differentiation. They will champion the brand story, ensuring creative, content, and marketing initiatives reflect our purpose and connect emotionally with customers.
The successful candidate will lead the seasonal and long-term marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are integrated across all channels with clarity of message and commercial impact. They will build and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies in partnership with Digital, CRM, and Loyalty teams.
The Head of Marketing will shape and embed our unique brand point of view in sustainability, community, and cultural partnerships. They will establish and nurture long-term external partnerships that strengthen brand equity and customer reach.
The ideal candidate will direct content strategy for all brand channels and ensure campaigns deliver cohesive storytelling and consistent execution across every platform.
They will lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing marketing and creative team, providing clear vision, coaching, and development pathways. The candidate will foster a collaborative, inclusive culture where creativity and accountability thrive.
