About the Position
As a Structural Engineer, you will be integral to our innovative team, known for its expertise in structural engineering and advanced BIM project execution. Our group operates across various sectors, tackling complex challenges and delivering sustainable solutions that enhance the built environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality structural engineering solutions while adhering to relevant technical and regulatory standards.
- Foster effective relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues and senior management.
- Take on the role of Project Lead for smaller projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop innovative structural designs.
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural Engineering) at the Bachelor or Master level.
- A strong passion for Structural Engineering and a commitment to design excellence.
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in large-scale Australian building engineering projects.
- Experience across various sectors, including transport, health, and commercial.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SPACEGASS, ETABS, RAPT, and RAM Concept.
- Familiarity with BIM technologies, including NavisWorks and Revit Structure, is advantageous.
