Job Title:

Assistant Coordinator

About the Role:
  • Provide administrative support to a team of Educators and assist in the management of daily operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with policy and undertake administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Develop quality childcare programs that cater to the needs of families and the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of engaging activities for children.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of childcare programs.
  • Maintain effective administration and ensure accurate documentation is kept.
Requirements:
  • Completed or actively studying relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (Minimum of Diploma in Children Services).
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting with programming and a passion for delivering high-quality childcare services.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining efficient administration and correct documentation in an OSHC service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain.
