We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Operations Executive to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our venue. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of venue condition, cleanliness, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Daily Maintenance Tasks: Handle daily maintenance requests, work orders, and customer inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  2. Venue Condition Oversight: Conduct daily inspections and servicing of the property to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.
  3. Cleanliness Standards: Maintain a high standard of venue cleanliness, oversee contract cleaning services (public areas only), and implement a deep cleaning program, as required.
  4. Preventative Maintenance Program: Develop and manage a venue-wide preventative maintenance and servicing schedule to minimise downtime and prolong the life of hotel assets.
  5. Work, Health & Safety (WH&S): Manage all WH&S procedures, including reporting, training, and implementing proactive safety measures to create a safe working environment.

This role requires a proven track record in property management or maintenance within the hospitality industry. You will have strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and cleaning standards. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a team effectively and work collaboratively with other departments.
